The History of Ghost City
Ghost City, a metropolis that hardly anyone knows about? How is that possible? Long ago, it was built on an Indian burial ground, which itself was established over a magical spring. Shortly after the city's founding, a witch discovered this place and harnessed the magic to increase her power. The witch collects magical energy derived from particularly intense emotions. Sex, mental anguish, and physical pain are the most significant sources. The witch conjured a magical field that negates outside interest in the city, while within the city, it amplifies and even manifests malevolent and lustful thoughts and desires. Like the reborn killer clown, now immortal, who can live out all his sadistic dreams. As a woman herself, the witch can only draw power from female victims, and thus, the women and girls of the city are almost the sole bearers of her insatiable thirst for power.
